SHIPPING & RETURNS.
Shortly after your order has been placed you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail summarising your selection. This will include details of your shipping and billing information and your unique DHL Tracking Number.
We use DHL as our chosen carrier who provide a fully trackable service. Once your order has been processed and despatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your unique Order Tracking Number and carrier details.
£5.00 - Standard Shipping (up to 3 working days).
£7.00 - Guaranteed Next Working Day (on orders placed before 1pm).
MAINLAND EUROPE & U.S.
£10.00 - Standard Shipping (up to 3 working days)
£15.00 - Guaranteed Next Working Day (on orders placed before 1pm).

Roux. is responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a proven faulty product, but are not responsible for shipping costs incurred on exchanges or refunds on items fit for re-sale.
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible but may take up 30 working days after Roux. have received the returned product/s. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for that specific order.
In the case of returned items for exchange purposes, once you have returned the items, Roux. will not make any additional charges for shipping. Items purchased during sale or promotional periods may be exchanged within the 14 day period. No refunds will be given on sale items.
All items for return or exchange must be sent to the below address with an accompanying outlining the reasons for return/exchange.
There is a 14 day period in which in which orders may be cancelled and receive a full refund. Items must not have been worn and have all swing tags and branding details attached.
